Pricing Information and Terms & Conditions
Please note that after the deduction of any additional expense (including mileage) all monies raised through the event will be donated to our chosen Charity - The Forces Children’s Trust.
Please contact us to discuss your event and we will then send you a detailed quote -
Bookings - A deposit of 50% of the cost will required to secure the booking and all bookings must be confirmed in writing or by email (by the event organiser) prior to the event. The balance of costs are payable (by the event organiser) at the conclusion of the event. Click here to contact us for a booking.
Cancellations - Cancellations of 28 days notice or more to the date of the booking may be liable to a charge of 50% of the total cost. Cancellations of less than 28 days to the date of the booking may be liable to the full cost. Please note that in the event of an urgent need for you to change the date of the booking we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible in arranging a new date with you.
On the Day – The event organiser will meet with us at the start of the day to confirm that all necessary procedures regarding access, accommodation and payment are in place. A reserved parking space will be required as close as possible to the venue in order to unload and load our display.
We have full Public Liability Insurance and each member of our team has been Disclosure and Barring Service checked.
